• Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive - (2004/108/AT)

Purpose of EMC directive; is to provide that radiocommunication and electrical/eletronic devices are produced, certified, marked and supplied to the market properly by ensuring that certain standards and regulations are made for them to operate with normal electromagnetic level so that they prevent either other devices or themselves from a breakdown. This directive is applied to devices subject to causing a potential breakdown for other vehicles or themselves electromagnetically and which their performances are affected and includes protection requirements, examination, certification and CE Barking procedures.

Protection requirements for specific devices will not be applied because of the special directive assigned for these devices.

Transmitters used by amateurs and devices not sold in the market according to the 53rd no decsription of international telecommunication agreement article 1 of radio regulations are not included in this directive.
